We are selling our 2010 Jayco Jay Feather EXP 26P model travel trailer. This camper is in wonderful condition and definitely does not look its age. We are the second owner and have had the camper since October of 2012. We have taken very good care of the camper and have made many significant upgrades that most anyone can appreciate. We are selling the camper with a lot of extras, so someone new to camping can buy it and have pretty much everything that they might need. Please read to the end here to see all that is included, and look over all of the pictures. I am including a LOT of information here, so look over everything. The camper is great for families and can easily sleep eight or more people. There is a king size bed, twin bunk beds, and the couch and dinette also make beds. The camper tows small but opens up to a much more livable size with the two large slideouts. One other important thing - when you are on the road and towing the camper, you can get to both the bathroom and the refrigerator with the slides in. Both very important features!

As mentioned above, the camper does have two slideouts. One is on the streetside and it is a Super Slide. It extends 36 inches out, greatly opening up the camper interior. The dinette is housed in this slide. The camper is right at 11 feet wide with this slideout extended. The other slide comes out the back of the camper. It houses the king size bed and extends an amazing 62 inches out when opened up. This also greatly opens up the inside of the camper. The overall length of the camper with this slide open is 33 feet and 8 inches.
The king bed itself measures 76 inches long and 75 inches wide, so it is very roomy for a camper. The mattress is in good condition, but I am also including a 2 inch thick egg crate foam topper that we use on top of the mattress. The twin bunk beds are in the front of the camper, and they measure 38 inches wide by 74 inches long. They are comfortable for an adult, they are NOT the small, narrow bunks that some other campers use. The couch is a jackknife couch that makes a 6 foot long and 42 inch wide bed. The dinette makes a 81 inch long by 43 1/2 inch wide bed.

The camper also has a nice entertainment setup and a spacious kitchen. There is a 22" Naxa HD TV that has a built in DVD player and the TV operates on 12 volts DC. I have mounted the TV on an adjustable arm so that you can view the TV from almost anywhere in the camper. It is a much better setup than the factory mount, but I will also include the factory mount if desired. I have also added an HDMI cord to the TV to use an Amazon Fire Stick or something similar. There is a Jensen stereo with CD and DVD player, USB input, and an AUX input. The TV can play through the stereo or just use its own speakers. The stereo has three zones of speakers, two inside zones and one outside of the camper under the awning.
The kitchen has a Dometic 1100 watt microwave, a 3 burner gas stove, a gas oven, a two basin sink, and a good sized refrigerator and freezer. We are including a lot of extras in the kitchen, such as the ice trays, dish drainer, plates, cups, silverware and silverware tray, measuring cups, food strainer, chip clips, pot holders, trash can, dust pan and brush, some pots/pans, a knife block with knives and other utensils, and some fridge accessories to secure contents while traveling. We have also added dispensers for both paper plates and napkins, mounted underneath the cabinets above the sink (we love these so much, we added them in our house also). All of these things are included! The bathroom is pretty straightforward, with a decent sized sink, a foot flush toilet, a shower with small bathtub, a medicine cabinet behind the mirror, and a fair amount of additional cabinet space in the bathroom. There is a skylight over the shower and a vent fan above the toilet. Outside of the bathroom is quite a bit of cabinet/pantry space between the front door and the kitchen. There is also a wardrobe and some drawers by the front door. There are cabinets over the king bed and also over the dinette. The kitchen has good cabinet space also. In addition, the lower bunk can flip up out of the way and there is a large storage area to hold bicycles or other large items that is accessible from a door on the street side. There is an exterior storage compartment on each side of the camper, near the front on the curb side and under the dinette on the street side. There is also an outside shower on the street side. There is a 20 foot wide electric awning on the curb side.
There are other notable items and upgrades to mention as well. The air conditioner was replaced in late 2016, so it is practically new. The four tires on the axles were new in the middle of 2017 and probably have less than 2000 miles on them. The spare is also in great shape, probably never been used. All of the lights throughout the camper have been upgraded to LED bulbs, and there are a lot of spare LED bulbs included as well. We have custom cut blackout panels for several windows in the camper to make it nice and dark and also cooler in the summer. These panels are reflective foil and help better insulate the camper also. I have also added eight USB charging ports in the camper. Four are at the dinette and four are near the back door, above the lower cabinet adjacent to the stereo. I also fixed the factory wiring at the battery to incorporate a weatherproof fuse block and distribution panel, as well as a quick battery disconnect. The battery itself was new in the middle of 2017.
We also added a Hanscom SteadyFast system to the camper, a $360 system. This system is used with the four factory stabilizing jacks to make the camper more stable in the campground. It makes a big difference and there is no bounce in the camper with the system in place. We also added an Ultra electric tongue jack to make things easier hitching and unhitching. Speaking of that, we have always used a Reese Strait Line Weight Distributing Hitch with built in Sway Control. This is a $530 setup that I am going to include with the camper. The hitch is rated to tow a 10,000 lb trailer with up to 800 lbs of tongue weight. Towing this camper with this hitch makes it easy to tow with no sway to worry about. We are also including two sets of stackable leveling blocks and four or five wheel chocks. There are also several wood blocks and pads that I will include. For security, I will include locks to secure the hitch to your tow vehicle, a lock for the coupler, and a lock to prevent someone from hitching up in the campground.
Lots of other extras included in the sale of the camper are: several towels and sheet sets for the beds, 2 drinking water hoses, with pressure regulator and separate spigot, another hose for washing and rinsing outside the camper, an RG6 CATV cable, 3 different sewer hoses and associated fittings with a tote to store them in, an adjustable support for the sewer hose, a 30 foot long extension cord for the 30 amp connection, a receiver hitch mounted to the rear bumper for attaching a bike rack, a book of thousands of campgrounds across the US, a first aid kit, a pair of adjustable camper mirrors, covers for the tires, cover for the AC unit, a king sized electric blanket, a black tank washing wand with hose, some picnic cup holders and plate holders, a pair of Motorola 2-way radios, a broom, 3 1/2 gallons of RV antifreeze to winterize the camper, 12 rolls of RV toilet paper, 1 gallon of RV holding tank treatment, 2 small charcoal grills, an Olympian gas grill that mounts to the side of the camper and connects to the onboard LP gas system, 1 gallon each of Dicor Rubber Roof Cleaner and Roof Gard protectant, some RV roof caulk, a tube of multipurpose grease, and a few other camper maintenance items. I have manuals for the camper, the hitch system, the SteadyFast system, the AC unit, the TV, the Stereo, and a few other things.

There are over 100 pictures available via that link. Some of them are from when we bought the camper, so they don't show some of the upgrades that we have made. Hopefully those pictures show you everything that you might want to see.
I think I have covered about everything here, but let me know if you have any questions. The camper is located in west Knoxville, not far off of the Pellissippi Parkway near Northshore Drive. I am asking $13,900 for the camper with everything mentioned above. With the camper in as good condition that it is and with all of the extras included, I think that is a very fair price, so don't try to lowball me with some crazy offer. Please text or call me at 865-789-0508 or email me at kevin56akard@hotmail.com to discuss the camper or to arrange coming to look at it.
